Built in, nothing to deploy
The MCP server is part of the platform. Add the endpoint and an API key to your MCP client and your agent is connected in minutes.
MCP server and API
Point Claude, a custom agent or your own scripts at SaaSVisionary and let them discover and run the same actions your team uses in the app. Scoped API keys limit what each agent can reach, and actions that send, spend or delete are held behind a confirmation.
In short
MCP Server & API in SaaSVisionary: Let Claude and other AI agents operate your CRM through a built-in MCP server. It is part of one platform that combines CRM, business phone, AI receptionist, messaging, automation and payments for small businesses and agencies. You get the MCP server and as many API keys as you need on Unlimited, the same tier that lets you bring your own Supabase. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and a 14-day free trial.

Platform
The MCP server is part of the platform. Add the endpoint and an API key to your MCP client and your agent is connected in minutes.
Agents can list the catalog, search it, read what an action needs and run it by a stable name, so you are not hand-writing a tool schema per endpoint.
Hundreds of documented reads and actions cover contacts, deals, messaging, calendars, payments and more, because the app, API and MCP server share one registry.
Bearer-authenticated keys carry only the scopes you grant. Give a reporting agent read access, give an intake bot write access to contacts, and revoke either instantly.
Actions that send messages, spend money or destroy data are classified for confirmation, so your agent handles routine work freely and pauses where it matters.
Subscribe HTTPS endpoints to platform events. Deliveries are HMAC-signed, retried with backoff and logged with status and error per delivery.
Trigger workflows from a signed incoming URL or call an outside API mid-flow with your choice of method, auth type, headers, query and body.
Connect your own Supabase account, create projects in any of 17 regions and point workspaces, funnels or apps at a database you own and pay for directly.
How it works
In settings, create an API key for the agent and give it only the scopes its job needs. Name it so you can tell keys apart later.
Enter the server address and key in Claude Desktop, Claude Code or any MCP-compatible client. The agent can now browse the action catalog.
Ask for something harmless first, like listing deals that have not moved in two weeks, and confirm the results match what you see in the app.
Add write scopes when you are comfortable, and use outbound webhooks so your agent or backend hears about new events without polling.
Many platforms offer an API that trails the app by months. In SaaSVisionary a single capability registry defines every action, and the app, Copilot, the REST API and the MCP server are all generated from it. When an action exists, it exists on every surface, including custom objects you define yourself.
A two-person agency, Northgate Digital, connects Claude to its workspace with a read-only key and asks for a Monday summary of new leads, booked calls and stalled deals. A developer at a solar installer uses webhooks to push signed contracts into their project tool the moment a deal is won.
You get the MCP server and as many API keys as you need on Unlimited, the same tier that lets you bring your own Supabase. The REST API and outbound webhooks start on the Team plan with two API keys. Start a 14-day free trial on the Unlimited plan to try it.

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants discover and call tools. A CRM MCP server exposes your CRM's data and actions as those tools, so an assistant such as Claude can look up contacts, update deals or schedule follow-ups on your behalf, within the permissions you grant.
Yes. Any MCP-compatible client, including Claude Desktop and Claude Code, can connect to the built-in MCP server using an API key from your workspace. Once connected, the assistant can browse the action catalog, read what each action needs and run the actions its key is scoped for.
No. Every interface reads its actions from one shared registry. If you can do something in the app, the same action exists for Copilot, over REST and through MCP. That includes custom objects, which agents can read and write like contacts.
Give each agent its own API key with only the scopes it needs, and revoke a key instantly if something looks wrong. Actions that send, spend or destroy are classified as confirm actions, so the in-app Copilot stops and asks before performing them.
Yes. Register HTTPS endpoints for the events you care about and they are delivered as they happen. Each delivery is HMAC-signed, failed deliveries are retried with backoff, and you can see the status of each attempt. A workspace can hold up to 200 active subscriptions.
Team gives you REST access, outbound webhooks and two API keys. Unlimited adds the MCP server and removes the cap on keys. Start a 14-day free trial on the Unlimited plan to try the MCP server.
