Pair screens with a code
Open the player page on a TV, tablet or streaming device, enter the pairing code in the app and name the display. Google TV devices work especially well.
Digital signage add-on
Design a screen on a built-in canvas, group slides into playlists and schedule what shows at each hour of the day. Pair any TV, tablet or streaming stick with a short code, then update one screen or every location from your browser.
In short
Digital Signage in SaaSVisionary: Turn the TVs you already own into scheduled menus, promos and announcements. It is part of one platform that combines CRM, business phone, AI receptionist, messaging, automation and payments for small businesses and agencies. Digital Signage is a paid add-on with its own subscription, and our team activates it in your account for you. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and a 14-day free trial.
Why it matters
Prices change, a dish sells out, a class moves rooms, and the sign on the wall still shows last week. Updating it means reprinting, or walking over with a USB stick. Dedicated signage systems often require proprietary players. Browser-based signage lets you change the message from anywhere, on hardware you already own.
Industry apps
Open the player page on a TV, tablet or streaming device, enter the pairing code in the app and name the display. Google TV devices work especially well.
Place text, shapes, images and looping video, adjust colors, layers, cropping and background, or draw freehand for a whiteboard-style sign.
Mix image, video and text slides, set how long each one stays up and reorder them to keep the message moving.
Assign playlists to days and times in the right timezone, so a breakfast menu becomes lunch and then happy hour on its own.
Override the schedule on the spot with an urgent notice, a picture, a clip or a playlist. Stop casting and the screen returns to its normal program.
See which displays are online, target one, several or all of them, and publish from a single control room.
Rotate each display to suit horizontal menu boards, vertical directories or window screens already mounted on your wall.
Drafts save as you work and stay off the screen. Paired displays keep showing the last published version until you click publish.
How it works
Sign up for the Signage add-on and it is installed in your SaaSVisionary account automatically.
Open the player page in the screen's browser, enter the code it shows and give the display a name like Front Counter.
Build a canvas or playlist, then publish it to one screen or several. Add a weekly schedule when you are ready.
The same display can do different work throughout the day. A bakery like Rise and Crumb can show breakfast pastries at 7 a.m., a sandwich combo at noon and a closing-time discount at 5 p.m., without anyone touching the TV.
Name each display by location and purpose, check which are online and push content to one screen or a whole group. When something urgent comes up, like a weather closure or a room change, cast a message to every screen immediately and end the takeover when it is no longer needed.

Digital signage software lets you create and manage content for screens in public or customer-facing spaces, such as menu boards, promotions, schedules and announcements. With SaaSVisionary Signage you design content in your browser, schedule it by time of day and control every paired display remotely.
No proprietary hardware is required. Signage works best on Google TV devices, but any TV, tablet or streaming stick with a browser that can open the player page will work. The screen displays a pairing code, and you enter it in the app to connect the display.
Yes. Build full-screen menu canvases or playlists of images and video, then schedule breakfast, lunch, dinner and promotions for different parts of the day. Because the schedule follows your timezone, the menu changes on its own without staff touching the screen.
Yes. Every paired display appears in one control room with its name and online status. You can publish content to a single screen, a selection of screens or every online display at once, whether they are in the same room or in different cities.
Live control pushes something to your screens right now, whether that is a text notice, a photo, a video or a whole playlist. The cast temporarily overrides the schedule on the screens you choose. When you stop casting, each screen goes back to its assigned schedule automatically, so you never have to rebuild the day's programming.
Digital Signage is a paid add-on on top of your SaaSVisionary plan, so it is not part of the 14-day plan trial. Our team activates it for you and can tell you whether a trial period is currently available.
