Why it matters

Client sites scattered across too many dashboards

Agencies often host client websites in one tool, manage DNS in another, keep passwords in a spreadsheet and bill from a fourth system. When a client calls about their site, someone has to piece the story together. Putting hosting next to the CRM keeps the site, the contact and the invoice in one view.

Platform

What you get with WordPress Hosting

One-click site provisioning

Pick a region and server size from DigitalOcean's live catalog, and the platform builds the server, installs WordPress and wires up the domain for you.

Checks before launch

Plan availability and domain checks run first. Existing DNS records are listed for your confirmation rather than silently overwritten.

Automatic HTTPS

Certificates are issued as part of provisioning, so every new site launches on HTTPS without a separate setup task.

A step log with retries

Watch each provisioning step as it runs. If one fails, retry from that step instead of starting the whole site over.

Credentials and backups in one place

Site status, login details, backups and server information live on the site record, visible to the team members you allow.

Domains managed in-app

Search, buy, connect and verify domains without leaving the workspace, and use them for WordPress sites, funnels and branded links.

WordPress content import

Bring existing posts into the built-in CMS and blog when you want to move content, then run an on-page SEO audit before publishing.

Deliberate deletion only

Retiring a site requires a confirmed destruction flow, so no server disappears because of a stray click.

How it works

Up and running in 4 steps

  1. 01

    Connect DigitalOcean

Link your own DigitalOcean account. Servers are created there and billed by DigitalOcean at its standard rates.

  2. 02

    Choose size, region and domain

Select from currently available server sizes and regions, see the estimated monthly cost and enter the site's domain.

  3. 03

    Launch and watch the log

Start provisioning and follow each step as the server, WordPress install, DNS records and certificate are set up.

  4. 04

    Hand over and maintain

Share access with the client, check status and backups from the site record and bill for hosting through your usual invoices.

Your provider, your prices

Servers live in your DigitalOcean account and are billed to you directly, with no markup added. That keeps your hosting margin transparent: you know exactly what each site costs to run and decide what to charge the client for hosting and care plans.

  • You own the servers and can reach them directly

WordPress alongside your funnels, not instead of them

Many agencies keep a client's WordPress site as the main brand site while running campaign landing pages, forms and checkouts in the funnel builder. Both can sit on domains managed in the same workspace, and form submissions from funnels flow straight into the CRM.

  • Brand site on WordPress, campaigns on funnels
  • One place to manage every client domain

FAQ

WordPress Hosting: frequently asked questions

What is managed WordPress hosting in SaaSVisionary?

It is a way to launch and run WordPress sites from inside your SaaSVisionary workspace. The platform provisions a hardened server in your own DigitalOcean account, installs WordPress, sets up DNS and HTTPS, and then keeps status, credentials and backups on a site record next to the client it belongs to.

Who pays for the WordPress servers?

DigitalOcean bills you directly for the droplet size you pick, at its normal rates. Before launch you see a monthly estimate, and SaaSVisionary puts nothing on top. This follows the same bring-your-own-provider model used for phone, email and AI services across the platform.

Will launching a site overwrite my existing DNS records?

Not without your say-so. When existing DNS records are found on the domain, launch pauses and shows you what is there. Provisioning continues only after you confirm that the platform may replace them, which protects email delivery, verification records and other services that rely on the current setup.

What happens if a provisioning step fails?

Each site keeps a step log showing exactly where the process stopped. You can retry from that step rather than rebuilding from scratch. When you actually want a site gone, it is removed through a separate confirmed destruction flow, so a stray click never deletes a live client site.

Is WordPress hosting good for agencies with many clients?

Yes. Because each site lives next to its client record, your team can see the website, conversations, deals and invoices for that client in one workspace. You set your own hosting prices and keep the difference between what you charge and what DigitalOcean bills.

Which plan includes WordPress hosting?

Managed WordPress hosting is part of the Unlimited plan, alongside the funnel builder, CMS and custom domains. Start a 14-day free trial on the Unlimited plan to test it. DigitalOcean bills the servers separately to your own account at its standard rates, with no markup from SaaSVisionary.
