Page inspection
The agent reads the active tab and identifies the fields, buttons, tables and data it can work with before proposing anything.
Chrome extension add-on
Describe a task on the page you have open, like pulling every listing into a table or filling a supplier form. The agent reads the page, lays out each step it intends to take and only acts once you approve. It works through your normal Chrome session and never asks for your passwords.

Why it matters
A lot of daily work still happens in browser tabs with no API behind them: directory listings, supplier portals, internal admin screens, one-off research. Doing it by hand is slow and error-prone, and building an integration for a task you do twice a month rarely pays off. A browser agent handles that middle ground, as long as you can see and control what it does.
Platform
The agent reads the active tab and identifies the fields, buttons, tables and data it can work with before proposing anything.
Every run starts as a step-by-step plan you review. Anything that leaves your browser, like pressing Submit or Publish, is named as its own step. You can also sign off on a plan that ends with the form filled in and waiting for you.
Ask for names, prices, links, table rows or listing details and get clean, structured results instead of copying and tidying by hand.
The agent fills fields, picks options, clicks controls, scrolls and waits for pages to load using a fixed set of allowlisted browser actions.
On Chrome 138 or newer, planning runs on Chrome's built-in on-device model. Your task, page snapshot, form values and results stay inside the extension.
No password capture, cookie export, CAPTCHA or paywall bypass, and no remotely supplied scripts. It only works on sites you are already allowed to use.
If a plan needs to move to an unrelated website, the run pauses so the new page can be inspected and approved before anything happens there.
Each run leaves a stripped-down log in your workspace: which site it ran on, what kinds of actions it took and how risky they were, whether you approved them, how many results came back, and an error code if something failed.
How it works
Ask our support team to activate the Browser Agent add-on in your SaaSVisionary workspace.
Install the free Chrome extension and pair it with the workspace that owns the app.
Open the page you want to work on and say what you need, such as collecting every clinic on a directory page with phone and address.
Check the proposed steps, click approve, and follow progress in the browser. Review the audit record afterward.
APIs remain the right choice for stable, high-volume integrations. The browser agent is for work that happens on the page in front of you: a supplier portal with no integration, a one-time research pull or repetitive data entry in an internal tool. Use both where they are strongest.
The agent cannot approve its own plans. A run begins only when you click approve, and it performs only the steps shown. You stay signed in to each site in Chrome as usual, and you remain responsible for following each site's terms. Site compatibility varies, and the agent will not try to get around access controls.

Pricing depends on the app and the option you choose; ask our support team at support@saasvisionary.com for current prices. It needs an active SaaSVisionary workspace on any plan plus the free Chrome extension. On-device planning requires Chrome 138 or newer.

An AI browser agent is software that can read and operate web pages for you, such as extracting data, filling forms or clicking through a routine task. SaaSVisionary's Browser Agent runs as a Chrome extension, proposes a step-by-step plan for each task and acts only after you approve that plan.
No. On Chrome 138 and newer, planning uses Chrome's built-in on-device model, so the instructions you give, what it reads from the page, the values it types and whatever it extracts never leave the extension. Your workspace only receives a redacted audit record with the page origin, action types, approval status, result count and any error code.
No. You sign in to websites normally in Chrome, and the agent works on the page you have open. It never asks for, stores or exports passwords or session cookies, and it does not bypass CAPTCHAs, paywalls or other security measures.
Only when that exact step is part of the plan you approved. If the plan includes a final submit or publish action, the approved run can complete it. You can also have it stop once everything is filled in, then press the last button with your own hand.
It can inspect and extract data from the active page you open, provided you are authorized to access it. Compatibility varies by site, and it will not get around access controls. You remain responsible for complying with each website's terms and applicable law.
