What is a CRM snapshot?
A snapshot is a saved copy of a workspace's setup, including funnels, workflows, templates, fields, pipelines and settings, that you can install into another workspace. It lets you reuse a proven build instead of configuring each new workspace from scratch, or package it as a template for others. Contact data and local details like phone numbers are not part of it.
Can I sell snapshots?
Yes. Unlimited lets you publish snapshots to the reviewed marketplace. The buyer's payment goes to the Stripe account you connected, with no commission deducted by SaaSVisionary. You can also share snapshots for free with a link on any plan that includes snapshots.
What if an install goes wrong?
Before anything is written, the install preview lists every item it will create, update, replace or skip. After installing, you can undo the install to remove the changes it generated. That makes it much safer to install a snapshot into a workspace that already has its own content, fields and workflows.
Do my phone numbers and domains get copied?
No. Workspace-specific items such as phone numbers, domains and credentials are handled through install slots. The person installing the snapshot fills them in for their own workspace, so none of your details are baked into what others receive, and each buyer's setup works with their own accounts.
How do I update a snapshot someone already installed?
Snapshots are versioned. Publish a new version with your improvements and push approved updates to workspaces that installed it, rather than asking every buyer to rebuild the change manually. Each install still shows a preview, so recipients can see exactly what a new version will create or change before it lands.
