Sender pools
Group several From identities under one shared Reply-To. Each campaign draws only on the capacity the pool has today, and you can see sent versus allowed for every sender.
Cold email infrastructure
Connect your own delivery accounts, confirm your domains are set up correctly, clean the list and give every mailbox a daily ceiling. SaaSVisionary rotates volume across your sender pool, holds back whatever exceeds today's capacity and brings replies straight into the CRM.

Why it matters
A new mailbox sending hundreds of messages on day one, a missing DMARC record or a list full of dead addresses can hurt a domain faster than any subject line can help it. Warmup plans kept in a spreadsheet don't stop a campaign tool from ignoring them. Putting the limits inside the sending system is what keeps them honest.
Nurture
Group several From identities under one shared Reply-To. Each campaign draws only on the capacity the pool has today, and you can see sent versus allowed for every sender.
Choose a gentle, standard, aggressive or custom daily ramp. Stagger start dates across a pool, and new identities begin from their own first day.
Bulk sends pick the eligible identity with the most headroom and skip any that are capped, resting, disabled or not yet verified.
One readable report covers your DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailbox provider status and how your domain is regarded, and DMARC feedback is sorted by the service that sent the mail.
Connect your NeverBounce account to sort addresses into valid, invalid, catch-all, disposable and unknown before a single message goes out.
Bounce and complaint thresholds can cut a sender's bulk capacity automatically, and you can rest any identity for a recovery period.
Set fixed or randomized limits per minute, hour and day, plus send windows in the time zone you choose. Overflow waits for tomorrow instead of failing.
Replies received through Mailgun thread onto the contact timeline and team inbox, where they can create tasks, update deals and trigger workflows.
How it works
Link your Mailgun or Resend account, verified domains and the From addresses your team owns. You keep full ownership of the accounts.
Run the domain health report, fix anything flagged, then validate your list so bounces don't eat into a new sender's reputation.
Group your senders, choose a ramp and stagger their starts. Each identity gets a daily allowance that campaigns cannot exceed.
Send a broadcast or a multi-step sequence. Eligible volume goes out now, the rest waits for capacity, and replies route to your team.
How much a sender has sent and how well those messages performed are different questions. SaaSVisionary labels volume history as cold, warming, warm or hot, and delivery outcomes as healthy, watch, at risk or stop sending. A high-volume sender with poor results is flagged, not praised.
Warmup in SaaSVisionary means ramping real campaign volume carefully. It doesn't create fake conversations between seed inboxes, sell pre-warmed mailboxes or promise primary-inbox placement. You get the checks, limits and signals to make good decisions, and your own accounts to make them with.
Email campaigns start on the Pro plan. Sender pools, warmup ramps and domain health controls are part of the Unlimited plan. Delivery through Mailgun or Resend, list validation through NeverBounce and any AI usage are billed by those providers.

Cold email infrastructure is the setup behind outbound email: your domains, DNS records, mailboxes, sending limits and reply handling. SaaSVisionary acts as the control layer on top of your own email provider, checking authentication, enforcing daily limits per sender, rotating volume and routing replies into your CRM.
No. There is no network of seed inboxes trading artificial opens and replies. Instead, real campaign volume grows gradually: each sender has a daily cap, senders come online at different times, and sending slows by itself if bounces or complaints climb. That approach is slower than synthetic warmup but reflects how your senders actually perform.
You can connect Mailgun or Resend for outbound delivery. Mailgun is the better choice if you also want replies threaded into SaaSVisionary conversations. You bring your own verified domains and keep full ownership of the provider accounts and their reputation.
No honest tool can. Whether mail lands in the inbox is decided by several things outside any tool's control: how old and clean your domain is, how good your list is, what you write, how people react and how each provider filters. SaaSVisionary improves your odds with domain checks, list validation, sending limits and outcome monitoring, but it doesn't promise where any message lands.
When a campaign sends through a sender pool, messages within today's combined allowance go out, and the rest wait for the next day rather than being marked as failed. This keeps every sender inside its warmup plan even when the list is large.
Basic email campaigns are available from the Pro plan. Sender pools, warmup ramps and domain health tools require the Unlimited plan. Start a 14-day free trial on the Unlimited plan to build a full sending setup before committing.
