Capture every lead
Turn calls, forms, chats and visits into contacts, automatically.
AI Receptionist
Train a voice agent on your services, hours and policies, connect it to your business number and decide exactly what it may do: answer questions, capture the caller's details, book an open slot or hand the call to a person.
- Natural voice conversations: Real-time streaming keeps the pause after a caller stops speaking to about a second. Callers can interrupt, and the agent stops and listens like a person would.
- A knowledge base you control: Load your FAQs, price ranges and policies once. Upload PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets or crawl your website, then choose which topics each agent may use.
- Books appointments on the call: Connect an active event type and the agent finds open times, confirms the slot with the caller and books it. Your usual confirmations and reminders fire automatically.
- Warm transfer to a human: Hand the caller to one chosen number, or ring the colleagues currently signed in. If nobody answers, the agent takes a detailed message instead.
- Messages become tasks: Every message is saved on the contact record and assigned as a task, so a callback never depends on someone remembering a sticky note.
- Your voice, your language: Pick a language and voice per agent, preview it in the browser, or use your own cloned voices by connecting an ElevenLabs account.
- Custom tools and APIs: Let the agent check an order status or update another system through authenticated API tools that you test, version and assign to specific agents.
- Recording with consent controls: Turn on call recording per number, play an announcement where the law requires it, and keep transcripts attached to each call log.
Availability: One AI phone agent is included on the Team plan. The Unlimited plan adds unlimited agents, website crawling for the knowledge base and real-time streaming voice. Telephony and AI-model usage are billed directly by your connected providers.
Call Tracking
Give each campaign its own tracking number, swap the number on your website based on where the visitor came from, and see the ad, keyword and publisher on every call. Revenue, payout and margin are calculated on the same call record.
- Tracking numbers per source: Assign a static number to each campaign, flyer, listing or publisher so every call is tied to where the caller found you.
- Dynamic number insertion: Add a one-line snippet and a number pool to your site. Each visitor sees a number linked to their traffic source, so calls carry the campaign and keyword automatically.
- Smart call routing: Route by priority, round-robin or weighted split, with filters for caller location and business hours, so calls reach the right buyer or rep.
- Conversion rules you define: Count a call as converted based on duration, a webhook from your system or manual confirmation, so short wrong-number calls don't count as leads.
- Revenue, payout and margin per call: Conversion rules calculate what you earned, what you pay out and the margin, right on the call record. Campaign reports total it up.
- Sticky callers and repeat dedupe: Callers who ring back reach the same destination, and repeat calls are not counted or sold as new leads.
- Call recording and transcripts: Record per number with an optional consent announcement. Audio is moved to your own storage, and transcripts attach to the call log.
- Calls on the contact timeline: Tracked calls land on the same contact record as texts, emails and deals, so marketing data and sales follow-up stay together.
Availability: Call tracking and dynamic number insertion are included on the Unlimited plan. Start a 14-day free trial on Unlimited to test them. Tracking numbers and call minutes are billed by your own Twilio account at its rates.
Find Leads
Search several business data sources from inside your CRM, filter by location, category and rating, and see the cost before anything runs. Only prospects you don't already have get imported, and missing details are filled in without touching what you already know.
- Search multiple lead sources: One search screen reaches Google Maps, Yelp, newly registered domains and a big database of B2B companies. Filter by category, location, keyword, rating, review count and available contact details.
- Cost estimate before every paid search: A live estimate appears before a paid search or enrichment runs, so you decide whether the result is worth it before any money is spent.
- Duplicate check before import: Phone numbers and business details are normalized, then compared with your past searches and your CRM. You see the duplicate count before importing anything.
- Import only the rows you pick: Page through results, select all or just a few, and bulk-import them. Each contact keeps a note of the source and search it came from.
- Enrichment that fills blanks only: An ordered set of lookups runs from cheapest to most expensive and stops once nothing is missing. Fields that already contain a value are never overwritten.
- Know where every value came from: Each enriched field records which lookup supplied it and what any paid step cost, so you can trust and audit your data.
- Mobile, landline or VoIP: Numbers are labeled by line type, so you can text mobiles and call landlines. New numbers are checked automatically, and you can scan your existing contacts once.
- Budget caps on paid steps: Paid enrichment is opt-in per run with a spending limit. If a step would exceed it, the step is skipped and the reason is logged.
Availability: Lead search and the enrichment waterfall are included from the Team plan. Duplicate checking and import controls are available on every plan. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Paid searches and lookups are billed by your connected providers.
Landing Pages & Funnels
Design landing pages and multi-step funnels from reusable sections, get a first draft from AI, split-test two versions and publish on your own domain. When a visitor submits a form or buys, the contact is created and your workflow runs right away.
- Drag-and-drop page sections: Assemble pages from responsive building blocks: forms, pricing tables, testimonials, countdown timers, checkout and custom HTML. Check desktop, tablet and mobile before publishing.
- AI first drafts: Describe your offer and generate a full funnel or a single landing page. Ask AI to rewrite copy or replace a section, and the page stays fully editable afterward.
- Server-side A/B testing: Split traffic between two page versions with no flicker. Returning visitors keep seeing the same version, bots are excluded, and results show when there isn't enough data to pick a winner.
- Your own domain: Connect a domain or subdomain, and DNS and SSL are set up automatically. You can also search and buy a domain without leaving the app.
- Checkout, bumps and upsells: Take payment for single or subscription products on your own Stripe account, offer an add-on at checkout and present a one-click upgrade once the buyer has paid.
- Templates you can reuse: Start from built-in templates for lead generation, webinars, events and local services, or save your own pages and sections to reuse on the next project.
- Blog, CMS and SEO settings: Publish a blog and structured content collections, schedule posts, import from WordPress and set titles, descriptions, redirects and social previews per page.
- Submissions trigger workflows: A form fill either adds a new contact or refreshes the existing one, and it can kick off a workflow. Send a text, assign a task, add a booking link or start a call automatically.
Availability: Funnels and custom domains scale with your plan: three funnels on Online, five on Pro, ten on Team and unlimited on Unlimited, with more connected domains at each step. AI page drafting, A/B testing and the CMS are included from the Team plan. Checkout works on every plan through your own Stripe account.
Forms & Quizzes
Build forms, surveys, quizzes and applications once, publish them anywhere, and map every answer to a real contact field. Branching and scoring sort good fits from poor fits, and the submission itself can start the follow-up.
- Drag-and-drop form builder: Add text, choice, date, file upload and other fields, mark what is required and split long forms into steps. Forms live outside the page editor, so one form can be reused on many pages.
- Conditional logic: Show the next question based on the last answer. A homeowner sees different questions than a property manager, and nobody fills in fields that don't apply to them.
- Answer piping: Reuse a previous answer later in the form, such as the person's first name or the service they picked, so the form reads like a conversation.
- Lead scoring quizzes: Assign points to answers, total them up and show a different outcome page per result. Qualification rules can decline poor fits politely.
- Answers mapped to CRM fields: Map each question to a standard or custom contact field. Each response lands on the matching contact (a new one is made if none exists), and all past responses stay visible there.
- Embed anywhere or share a link: Publish to an embed code for WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or your SaaSVisionary pages, or send a standalone link by text and email.
- Instant follow-up workflows: A form-submitted trigger can send a text, create a task, move a deal, book a meeting or start a call. Answers are available as merge fields in every message.
- Segments built from answers: Because answers are stored as fields, you can build a live segment like "requested a quote for a commercial property" and message it later.
Availability: Every paid plan includes standalone forms, with the number of forms growing by plan: three on Online, five on Pro, ten on Team and unlimited on Unlimited. Forms placed inside landing pages count toward your page allowance instead. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Local Directories
Create a branded directory for one niche or one city, publish it on your own domain and fill it using location-based import plans. Every listed business becomes a CRM contact you can call, text and sell featured placements or monthly services to.
- Niche and city directories: Create a directory for a category, a location or both, such as pet groomers in Tampa or wedding venues across a state, with its own name and branding.
- Custom categories and listing fields: Define the categories and fields that matter to your niche, such as service area, price range, languages spoken or emergency availability.
- Automated listing acquisition: Plan coverage by area and budget. The map is cut into grid squares and each one is scraped with your Outscraper account, with any import that fails queued up again.
- Claim-your-listing workflow: Business owners request to claim their listing, and you review and approve each claim before they gain control.
- Lead forms and routing: Visitors send inquiries through listing forms, and those leads are routed to the right business or into your own pipeline.
- Your domain, your brand: Publish each directory on its own custom domain with automatic SSL, a theme and editorial posts about the niche.
- Sell featured spots and subscriptions: Offer premium placements or monthly services through checkout on your own Stripe account. Access is granted on payment and removed when a subscription ends.
- Listed businesses become contacts: Every directory is a separate app whose listings flow into your CRM as contacts, ready to segment and contact by phone, SMS, email or voicemail drop.
Availability: Directories run on the Unlimited plan, which you can try free for 14 days. Each directory is a paid add-on that our team activates in your workspace. Pricing depends on the app and the option you choose; ask our support team at support@saasvisionary.com for current prices. There is no fee per business listed and we take no share of what you earn. Listing data and payments are billed by your own Outscraper and Stripe accounts.
Speed to Lead
When a new lead submits a Facebook form or asks for a callback on your website, SaaSVisionary dials your sales team at once, tells the rep who is waiting, and connects the first person who accepts. If nobody can take it, a text and a booking link go out instead.
- Instant lead callback: A new submission triggers a call to your sales team right away. Nobody has to notice an email, open the CRM or decide whose turn it is.
- Ring the whole team at once: Every available rep is dialed at the same moment, on a cell phone or in the browser. A rep out on a site visit has the same chance to claim the lead as someone at a desk.
- Context before the hello: Before the rep is connected, a short whisper announces the lead's name, city and source. The conversation starts with the right question instead of "who is this?"
- One lead, one rep: Whoever presses 1 first is connected to the lead, and the rest of the ringing phones go quiet. Leads never get two greetings, and reps never argue over who called first.
- Facebook Lead Ads, mapped field by field: Connect your Pages, switch on the lead forms you want, and choose where each answer lands in the CRM. New forms stay off until you turn them on.
- Call-me button for your website: Add a click-to-call widget with your colors and copy. A visitor types their number, your team is dialed, and both sides are joined. Hours, device visibility and a daily cap are yours to set.
- Automatic text when nobody answers: If every rep is busy, an autoresponder texts the lead within seconds. Missed inbound calls to your business number can get a text reply too.
- Self-booking as the backup: Include your booking page link so a lead you could not reach can pick a time on your calendar while they still want to talk.
Availability: Calling, SMS and missed-call text back start on the Pro plan. The sales bridge and the full speed-to-lead setup are available from the Team plan. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Calls and texts are billed by your own Twilio account at its rates.
Website Visitors
Install a single first-party script to watch visitors arrive in real time, see where they click and how far they scroll, and replay sessions with sensitive fields hidden. When an anonymous visitor fills in a form or replies to an email, their browsing history joins their contact record.
- Live website visitor tracking: Watch who is on your site right now, which page they are reading and how they arrived, including UTM tags, referrer, ad click IDs, device and location.
- Anonymous history that becomes a contact: Visits are recorded before someone identifies themselves. Once they submit a form or click a tracked link, the earlier sessions merge into their contact record.
- Click heat maps: See click density on any tracked page, with a ranked list of the most-clicked elements and their share of all clicks.
- Rage click detection: Repeated rapid clicks on the same small spot are flagged. They usually point to something that looks clickable but isn't.
- Scroll depth with a fold line: A scroll curve shows how far visitors read, with a marker where half of them stop. Separate maps for each device type show what each audience saw.
- Private session replay: Replay visits to see where people struggled. Every form input is masked in the browser before upload, and you can exclude whole page areas from recording.
- Retention you control: Replay is off until you enable it per site. Recordings are kept for 30 days unless you pick another period from one day up to a year, and are removed automatically when that time runs out.
- Live chat with visitor context: Answer questions through a branded chat widget. AI can handle routine replies, and your team sees the visitor's identity and page path when they take over.
Availability: Visitor intelligence, heat maps and live chat are included from the Team plan. Session replay requires the Unlimited plan. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial; start it on Unlimited to test session replay too.
Nurture and follow up
Keep conversations moving across every channel without extra work.
Cold Email
Connect your own delivery accounts, confirm your domains are set up correctly, clean the list and give every mailbox a daily ceiling. SaaSVisionary rotates volume across your sender pool, holds back whatever exceeds today's capacity and brings replies straight into the CRM.
- Sender pools: Group several From identities under one shared Reply-To. Each campaign draws only on the capacity the pool has today, and you can see sent versus allowed for every sender.
- Warmup ramps you define: Choose a gentle, standard, aggressive or custom daily ramp. Stagger start dates across a pool, and new identities begin from their own first day.
- Least-used sender rotation: Bulk sends pick the eligible identity with the most headroom and skip any that are capped, resting, disabled or not yet verified.
- Domain health report: One readable report covers your DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailbox provider status and how your domain is regarded, and DMARC feedback is sorted by the service that sent the mail.
- List validation: Connect your NeverBounce account to sort addresses into valid, invalid, catch-all, disposable and unknown before a single message goes out.
- Guardrails on bad outcomes: Bounce and complaint thresholds can cut a sender's bulk capacity automatically, and you can rest any identity for a recovery period.
- Pacing and send windows: Set fixed or randomized limits per minute, hour and day, plus send windows in the time zone you choose. Overflow waits for tomorrow instead of failing.
- Replies land in the CRM: Replies received through Mailgun thread onto the contact timeline and team inbox, where they can create tasks, update deals and trigger workflows.
Availability: Email campaigns start on the Pro plan. Sender pools, warmup ramps and domain health controls are part of the Unlimited plan. Delivery through Mailgun or Resend, list validation through NeverBounce and any AI usage are billed by those providers.
Design Studio
Make the Instagram post, the event flyer or the email header on a drag-and-drop canvas inside SaaSVisionary. Finished images go straight into your media library, ready for funnels, emails, texts and social posts without a download and re-upload in between.
- Preset sizes for every channel: Start from 16 named formats including Instagram post, Story and Reel, Facebook cover, YouTube thumbnail, flyer, email header and business card, or enter your own.
- Layers and a properties panel: Stack text, shapes and images, and adjust position, rotation, opacity, fill, gradients and strokes precisely.
- Fonts, pages and locking: Choose from twelve curated fonts, build documents up to 20 pages and lock any element once it is where you want it.
- Media library with permanent links: Store images, video, audio and PDFs in folders. Every file keeps its public URL even after you rename or move it.
- Export straight to your campaigns: Export PNGs at standard or double resolution, download them or save them into the library for the funnel builder, email, SMS and social calendar.
- AI Studio on your own keys: Generate images, video, voiceovers, music and more with your own AI provider accounts. Results file themselves in the media library.
- Reusable team templates: Save designs as templates so everyone starts from on-brand layouts instead of a blank canvas.
Availability: The Design Studio canvas and media library are included on every plan. Saved design templates and AI Studio start on the Team plan, and AI generation is billed by your own connected AI provider. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
One Inbox
Customers don't pick one channel and stay there. SaaSVisionary threads SMS, email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram messages into a single conversation per contact, so anyone on your team can pick up where the last person left off and reply on the channel the customer chose.
- One thread per person: Texts, emails, WhatsApp chats and social DMs from the same customer land in one conversation. Colored bubbles show at a glance what came in and what your team sent.
- Messenger and Instagram DMs: Connect your Facebook Pages and their linked Instagram professional accounts. New DMs attach to the right contact, and comments, mentions and reactions are kept for reference.
- WhatsApp Business built in: Link a WhatsApp Business number through Meta, reply freely inside the 24-hour customer-care window and switch to an approved template when that window has closed.
- Channel rules shown up front: The inbox tells you when a reply window is about to block a message, before you hit send. Templates are rechecked against their approval, including variables and media.
- A single team queue: The communications center gathers unread chats, calls, emails, texts, social messages and live chat into one list sorted by the latest customer activity, with shared unread counts.
- Instant autoresponders: Set rules that answer inbound messages on keywords, with merge fields for names and details. Anything that needs more than a quick reply can hand off to a workflow.
- Full history on the timeline: Every message sits on the contact's activity timeline next to calls, deals and payments. Archive a conversation to clear the queue without losing a single line of history.
Availability: The unified inbox is included from the Pro plan, where calls, SMS and email campaigns begin. Higher plans add more seats, numbers and automations. Text and email usage runs on your own Twilio and Mailgun accounts and is billed by those providers.
Social Planner
Plan and publish Facebook Page and Instagram posts from one calendar, manage your Meta campaigns next to your pipeline, and have Lead Ads arrive as CRM contacts that trigger a text or call right away. Everything runs on the Facebook accounts you already own.
- Visual content calendar: Draft, schedule, publish, retry and cancel posts for Facebook Pages and Instagram in one calendar, with text, link and image formats.
- Rules checked before scheduling: Each network's requirements are checked when you schedule, not when the post goes out, so fewer posts fail at publish time.
- One post, several destinations: Send the same post to multiple Pages and Instagram accounts, and use a manual checklist for Facebook Groups where Meta needs a person to post.
- Meta ads management: Browse ad accounts and create campaigns, ad sets, creatives and ads with budget, objective and targeting controls, then review performance.
- Paused until you confirm: Anything you build, from campaign down to individual ad, starts in a paused state. Turning one on is a separate, confirmed step, so nothing spends by accident.
- Lead Ads mapped to CRM fields: Discover each Page's lead forms, map every question to a field or custom answer and receive new leads as contacts in seconds.
- Instant lead follow-up: Each new lead fires a trigger your workflows can use to send a text, assign a rep or start a call immediately.
- Messenger and Instagram DMs: Direct messages from linked Pages and Instagram professional accounts land in your shared inbox on the right contact record.
Availability: The social calendar, Facebook Lead Ads and Messenger and Instagram DMs start on the Team plan. Meta ads management is part of the Unlimited plan. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Ad spend is charged by Meta to your own ad account.
Workflow Automation
Design follow-up once in a visual builder and let it run. Workflows start from real events in your CRM, branch on your own data, wait as long as you need and act with every tool in the platform, from a text message to a ringless voicemail or an AI call.
- Visual workflow builder: Drag triggers, conditions, waits and actions onto a canvas. Flows read like the process you actually run, with clear branches and explicit success paths.
- Triggers from real events: Start a flow when a contact is created, a tag is added, a deal changes stage, a form is submitted, a message arrives, a call ends, on a schedule, manually or via webhook.
- Voice steps included: Voicemail drops, automated IVR calls, sales bridges, AI voice calls and campaign enrollment are just more steps you can add to any workflow.
- Waits that survive restarts: Timed waits are stored durably and resume on schedule, so a contact parked for a week before the next message isn't lost if the system restarts in between.
- Webhooks and outside APIs: Workflows can listen on a signed webhook URL and can reach out to other services with any HTTP method, your own headers, query string and body, authenticating by API key, basic auth or bearer token. Merge fields work throughout.
- Node-by-node run history: Open any enrolled contact to see which step fired, what changed and where something failed. Troubleshooting takes minutes instead of guesswork.
- Call outcomes that act: Attach actions to your own call dispositions. Logging "No answer" can send a text, add a tag and start a sequence while your rep dials the next number.
- Self-updating smart segments: Define audiences with rules across contacts, bookings, payments, conversations, calls and forms. Segments stay current, so you never re-export a list.
Availability: Plans limit how many workflows can be active, not how often they run: 3 on Pro, 25 on Team and unlimited on Unlimited. Voice steps start on Team, and outbound AI calls require Unlimited. Messages and calls run on your own Twilio and Mailgun accounts.
Close and get paid
Book, propose, sign and collect payment in the same workspace.
Booking Pages
Give every service or meeting type its own booking page. Customers see only the times you're truly free, pick a slot in their own time zone and get reminders automatically, while the appointment attaches to their contact record so your team knows exactly who's coming.
- A page for every event type: Set availability, intake questions, confirmation text and location for each meeting type, from a free discovery call to a paid two-hour consultation.
- Two-way calendar sync: Link Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 per host. Busy times block slots before they're offered, and confirmed bookings are written back as real events.
- Round robin and team events: Share appointments across a host pool by priority, or require several people to attend together. Per-host schedules and required-host rules are built in.
- Deposits on your own Stripe: Set a price and currency per event type. Payment is collected on your Stripe account before the slot is held, and the booking confirmation waits for the payment result.
- Email and SMS reminders: Send reminders at the offsets you choose. Each booking email carries private links, so a customer can confirm, move or drop the slot without calling you, and the change and its reason are logged.
- Fine-grained availability: Control minimum notice, booking window, buffers, capacity and slot intervals. Add date-specific overrides and closed days without rebuilding your week.
- Any meeting location: Choose where the meeting happens (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, another video link, a phone call, your office or an address you type in) and the customer receives the joining details once they book.
Availability: Booking pages with calendar sync are included from the Online plan. SMS reminders need texting, which starts on Pro. Round robin team scheduling and paid appointments with deposits start on the Team plan. Card payments run on your own Stripe account.
Call Intelligence
Sales managers can't review hundreds of calls a month. Using your own AI account, SaaSVisionary tags each transcript with a consistent set of objections, topics, outcomes and risk signals, so you can see what prospects actually say to your reps and get a deal-health score with the reasons behind it.
- Ranked objections and topics: See which objections and topics came up most across the last 30 days. Because the categories are fixed, "pricing concern" means the same thing every month.
- Per-call summaries: Each analyzed call gets a short summary, its outcome, sentiment, any agreed next step and at most one coaching note. If there's nothing to fix, it says nothing.
- Deal health and risk scores: Open deals are scored on health, risk and days since last contact. The evidence behind each score is stored beside it, so reps can see exactly why.
- Two forecasts, one view: Compare a forecast built from stage win rates with one built from what buyers actually said on calls. The gap between them is where to look first.
- Talk ratio you can trust: Talk-to-listen ratio is reported only on calls where speakers could be reliably separated, so a noisy recording doesn't skew your averages.
- Analysis that triggers action: Start a workflow when an analysis completes, filtered by sentiment, topic or objection, or when a deal turns at risk. Alerts reach the right person immediately.
- Live objection assist: Link scripts to the same objection list. During a call, reps can see one short on-screen suggestion when a matching objection comes up. It never joins the call.
- Runs on your AI account: Analysis uses your own model key, so processing happens under your account and usage is billed to you directly by the provider.
Availability: Conversation and revenue intelligence is included on the Unlimited plan, which you can try free for 14 days. Call recording and transcription on their own are available from the Team plan. Telephony and AI analysis are billed by your connected providers.
Get Paid
Create a branded invoice from the customer's record, send the payment link by text or email and let them pay by card from their phone. Deposits, installments and subscriptions are built in, and every payment goes straight to your Stripe account with nothing taken on top.
- Branded invoices and quotes: Build invoices with reusable line items, publish a public link and track status history. Duplicate, close, archive or mark paid in a click.
- Text-to-pay links: Send the payment link by SMS so customers can pay by card from their phone in seconds, right after the job is done.
- Deposits before the booking: Require payment on a booking type so the deposit is collected before the time slot is reserved. The confirmation waits for the payment result.
- Payment plans and subscriptions: Split a large job into a fixed number of installments, schedule a future charge or start a subscription for recurring services.
- Saved cards and checkout: Charge a saved payment method or send customers to checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored in SaaSVisionary.
- Stripe revenue sync: Link as many Stripe accounts as you run; payments, refunds, subscriptions and declined charges appear on the matching contact the moment they happen.
- Memberships that manage access: Sell recurring products through your funnels. Access is granted on payment and removed when a subscription ends, and buyers manage their card through Stripe's portal.
Availability: Invoicing, payment plans and Stripe checkout are included on every plan, starting with Starter. Text-to-pay needs SMS, which starts on Pro. Booking deposits start on the Team plan. You pay Stripe's processing fees directly; SaaSVisionary takes no share of payments.
Online Store
Publish a storefront from one product catalog, take payment through your own Stripe account and let each order create or update the buyer's contact record. Cart recovery, repeat-order reminders and review requests then run from the same workspace instead of three synced apps.
- Hosted, branded storefront: Product pages, search, collections and carts that persist between visits, published under your brand and checked out through the Stripe account you connect.
- Variants, SKUs and real inventory: Track stock per variant, allow backorders when you choose and record every sale as an inventory movement, so you can see why a count changed, not just that it did.
- One catalog for store and funnels: The products in your storefront are the same ones your funnel checkouts sell. Update a price or a description once and it is correct everywhere.
- Discount codes validated at checkout: Create codes for a launch, a win-back or a loyal-customer thank-you. Codes are checked on the server, so an expired or mistyped code can't slip through.
- Abandoned-cart recovery as a workflow: Carts are saved against the shopper's contact, so recovery can be a text, an email, a pause and a code, or a call from your team, in whatever order works.
- Order bumps and one-click upsells: Add an optional extra on the checkout step and a post-purchase offer the buyer accepts with a single click, charged to the card they just used.
- Every buyer becomes a contact: Orders, payment status, refunds and delivery details sit on the customer's timeline next to their messages, calls and bookings.
- Revenue you can trust: Dashboards separate gross sales, refunds and collected revenue, and keep subscription run rate apart from cash in the bank.
Availability: The full storefront, collections and discount codes are part of the Unlimited plan, which you can try free for 14 days. Every plan can sell through funnel checkout with add-on offers and post-purchase upgrades. Selling subscriptions requires Team or higher. Stripe processing fees are billed by Stripe.
Business Phone System
Make and take calls in the browser or on a desk phone, route each number exactly how you want and build phone menus, all on your own Twilio account. Every call is logged on the right contact automatically, next to their texts, emails and deals.
- Browser softphone: A softphone sits in the top bar of every page. Answer inbound calls wherever you are in the app, and place outbound calls with your business caller ID.
- Transfers and three-way calls: Mute, use the keypad, add a third person or warm-transfer a caller while they are on hold. Incoming calls can ring your whole online team at once.
- SIP desk phones: On Unlimited, register SIP desk phones (Yealink, Poly, Grandstream and others) or SIP softphone apps against a Twilio SIP domain you own, give each device to a teammate and decide which numbers make it ring.
- IVR phone menus: Build press-1 menus with recorded or text-to-speech greetings. A keypress can forward the call, record a voicemail, play an announcement, text the caller or lead to a deeper menu.
- Routing rules per number: Give each number a label and its own settings: ring the team, play an IVR, hand off to an AI agent or forward externally, with availability hours and caller ID.
- Voicemail on the timeline: Missed calls go to voicemail, and the message appears on the caller's contact record so the follow-up is never lost.
- Carrier registration guidance: Step-by-step help with business profile, caller name (CNAM), SHAKEN/STIR and A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration on your Twilio account.
- Your own carrier account: Connect your Twilio account and keep ownership of your numbers, recordings and logs. Minutes and texts are billed by Twilio at its rates.
Availability: Browser calling, warm transfer, per-number routing and carrier registration start on the Pro plan, which includes one number and one IVR menu. Team includes five of each, and Unlimited includes unlimited numbers and menus plus SIP desk phones at no extra cost (our team switches the desk phone feature on in your workspace on request). Call transcription is available from Team. Minutes and texts are billed by Twilio.
Power Dialer
Load a queue, press start and let SaaSVisionary place the calls from your browser. Reps spend their time talking to people who answer, pick an outcome when the call ends and move on while the follow-up text, task or pipeline update happens in the background.
- Named call queues: Keep as many queues as you like, such as New Leads, Renewals Due or Callbacks. Fill them from bulk selections, workflows, call outcomes or the API.
- Power dialing from the browser: Hit start and the queue dials one contact after another. Log an outcome and a note, and the next call begins. Pause or resume whenever you need.
- Predictive mode for teams: Dial several numbers per available rep, screen out answering machines and connect only live answers. Adjust lines per agent and abandon-rate targets mid-shift.
- Outcomes that do the follow-up: Create your own dispositions and attach actions. "Asked for pricing" can send an email, move the deal and schedule a callback task automatically.
- Scripts with live objection tips: Keep talk tracks beside the dialer. Turn on assist and the rep sees one short on-screen suggestion when an objection comes up. It never speaks to the caller.
- Recording and transcription: Enable recording per number with a consent announcement where needed. Transcripts attach to the call log, and audio moves into your own storage.
- Line-type lookup: Every number is labeled mobile, landline or VoIP, so reps know whether a text will reach it. Lookups are cached so each number is only checked once.
- A softphone in every page: Take and make calls without leaving the CRM. Mute, use the keypad, add a third party or warm transfer while the caller waits on hold.
Availability: The power dialer, predictive dialing and call transcription are included from the Team plan, which also adds more seats and numbers. Calling itself starts on Pro. Calls run on your own Twilio account and AI features on your own model keys, billed by those providers.
Quotes & Proposals
Draft an estimate or proposal from the customer's contact record, email a private review link from your own domain and let them accept by typing their name. The signed document stays on the contact, linked to the invoice and deposit that follow.
- Proposals, estimates and contracts: Draft and edit commercial documents with the contact's details already filled in. Nothing is sent until you're happy with it.
- Private review links: Customers receive an email from your own domain through your Mailgun account, with a link only they need. No login, no app, no attachment.
- Typed-name e-signature: The customer accepts by typing their name. SaaSVisionary stores certificate data and a document history, and the signed record can't be edited afterward.
- Quote to invoice in one step: Once it is signed, turn the proposal into an invoice and take a card deposit on your own Stripe account.
- Flexible payment terms: Invoices support one-time, recurring, installment and scheduled charges, so the payment matches what the customer agreed to.
- Everything on the timeline: Quotes, signatures, payments, calls and messages appear together on the contact's activity feed, alongside tasks with priorities and due dates.
- Automated quote follow-up: Use workflows to remind customers about unsigned quotes after a few days and to send a thank-you and next steps once they accept.
Availability: Quotes, proposals and typed-name e-signatures are included from the Pro plan, where email delivery through your own Mailgun account is available. Invoicing and payment plans are included on every plan. Card payments run on your own Stripe account.
Ringless Voicemail
Record a message once and deliver it straight to voicemail without the phone ringing. Your contact hears your voice when it suits them and calls back on their terms. When you do want to ring, voice broadcast dials a whole list and plays the right script to people and to machines.
- Ringless voicemail drops: A carrier-level drop places your recording directly into the mailbox. The handset doesn't ring; the contact simply sees a new voicemail.
- Record or use text-to-speech: Record in the browser or generate audio from text. Merge fields are spoken naturally, so the message greets each contact by name.
- Compliance before every drop: Your do-not-call list, suppressions and local-time quiet hours are checked ahead of each individual message, not just when the campaign starts.
- Voice broadcast: Call a whole list and have each person hear a recorded message, a synthesized voice, a press-a-key menu or an AI agent that talks back. Answering-machine detection plays a separate voicemail script.
- Outbound IVR menus: Let recipients press a key to connect to your team, hear more details, leave a message or get a text, using the same menus that route inbound calls.
- Line-type intelligence: Know whether each number is mobile, landline or VoIP before you spend money. Lookups are cached, so a number is only ever checked once.
- Concurrency and balance limits: Cap how many broadcast calls run at once and check your calling balance before every dial. Add an optional text follow-up to the same campaign.
Availability: Ringless voicemail and voice broadcast are included from the Team plan. Broadcasts that use an AI agent require the Unlimited plan, where outbound AI calls are included. Twilio bills you directly for drops and calls on your own account, and SaaSVisionary charges nothing per message.
Turn customers into fans
Reviews, referrals, courses and communities that compound growth.
Affiliate Program
Give partners and happy customers their own tracked links, credit every sale they bring in and pay them without a spreadsheet. Links, referrals, commissions and payouts sit in the same workspace as your products, checkout and CRM, so every commission traces back to a real order.
- Campaign-specific tracked links: Set a default attribution rule and create separate links for a launch, an evergreen offer or a partner tier, so each can be measured on its own.
- Referral and commission ledgers: Every referral and commission is recorded against the order it came from, giving you and your partners one shared source of truth.
- Multi-level downlines: When partners recruit other partners, the program can credit that activity, and the ledger shows where each commission originated.
- Affiliate portal: Partners log in to see their links, referrals, earnings and where they rank on the leaderboard.
- Admin payout queue: Review what is owed, approve payouts and settle through Stripe Connect onboarding or mark them paid when you settle another way.
- Works with any product you sell: Courses, subscriptions, storefront products and services sold through your workspace checkout can all carry a commission.
- Branded short links: Use the link tool for branded domains, custom slugs, per-link analytics and advertising pixels on partner campaigns.
- Revenue reporting: See affiliate-driven revenue next to your other sources, with refunds and collected revenue treated separately.
Availability: Affiliate programs are part of the Unlimited plan, which also includes the checkout, recurring products and branded link tools the program uses. Start a 14-day free trial on the Unlimited plan to test it. Card processing and Connect payouts are billed by Stripe.
Paid Community
Open discussion spaces, decide who can enter each one based on what they bought, and reward participation with points and levels. Every member is also a contact in your CRM, so you can reach the quiet ones by text, email or voicemail before they cancel.
- Spaces for every audience: Mix four kinds of space: public ones every member sees, ones that open up as members earn levels by taking part, ones reserved for buyers of a particular product, and hidden rooms just for staff.
- Access tied to purchases: Entry is controlled by the access products a contact holds. Grant, revoke, suspend or let access expire from the same record that shows their payments.
- Moderation you can undo: Pin important posts and hide a post or comment without deleting it, so a moderation call can be reversed if it turns out to be wrong.
- Points, levels and leaderboards: Members earn points for taking part and climb levels you define. Rankings can be viewed for this week, this month or since launch.
- Level-ups that do something: Reaching a new level can unlock a space or content and trigger a workflow, such as a congratulations text or an invite to a live call.
- Recurring billing on your Stripe: Sell monthly or annual memberships through your own Stripe account. A paid subscription opens the door and an ended one closes it automatically.
- One login, no passwords: Members log in by clicking a one-time link emailed to them, with no password to remember. The same login works for your courses, member pages and community spaces.
- Reach members off-platform: Send SMS, email or ringless voicemail to any segment of members from your own number, with replies landing in your shared inbox.
Availability: Community spaces are part of the Unlimited plan, which you can try free for 14 days. Member sites and access products start on the Online plan, and recurring subscription products start on Team. Membership payments go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe bills its processing fees directly.
Review Requests
Tie review requests to the events that mean a customer is happy: a finished job, a paid invoice, a closed deal. Each customer gets a personal, trackable link by text or email, lands on the review sites you choose, and has a private way to tell you if something went wrong.
- Requests triggered by real events: Send a request from any workflow: a task marked complete, an invoice paid, a deal won or an appointment finished. Nobody has to remember.
- A trackable link for each customer: Every request carries its own link, so you can see who opened it, who clicked through and who finished leaving a review.
- Destinations per location: Per location, choose which sites to show and in what order: Google, Tripadvisor, Yelp, Facebook, BBB, Trustpilot or a review link of your own.
- Private feedback and recovery: Customers can share their experience privately. Each response gets an owner, internal notes and a status from needs follow-up to resolved.
- Google reviews in one place: Link each location to its Google listing and pull reviews in through your own Outscraper key. Re-syncing never creates duplicates.
- AI-drafted replies: Get a reply draft for each Google review written with your own AI account, then edit it and post it on Google yourself.
- Embeddable review widget: Show your best reviews on any website you run, with a minimum star rating you control.
- Sent from your own number: Requests go out by SMS or email from your business number and sending address, and every one is logged in the customer's conversation.
Availability: Review requests, tracking links, private feedback and the review widget are included on the Team plan and above. Google review syncing uses your own Outscraper account, and AI reply drafts run on your own AI provider key, each billed by that provider. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Courses & Memberships
Create modules and lessons, lock them behind the products people buy, and take payment on your own Stripe account. Because students live in your CRM, you can see who stalled in week two and send them a text, not just a notification they'll never open.
- Modules, lessons and drip release: Arrange lessons in order with video, written content, downloads and estimated durations. Save drafts and release each module on a schedule you set.
- Access products and page gates: Define named access products, then gate each page or lesson by one or more of them. Lessons can appear in a bundle and in a standalone course at once, with no duplicate to maintain.
- Passwordless member login: Students sign in with a secure link sent to their email. Access is managed on the student's contact: send an invite, open or close a course, or pause it temporarily.
- AI-drafted quizzes: Generate a multiple-choice quiz draft from your lesson content, edit the questions and set the score a student needs to pass.
- Verifiable certificates: Issue a certificate when a student completes the course and passes. Each one can be checked through a public lookup, under your own brand.
- Checkout on your own Stripe: Sell once, in installments or as a recurring subscription, with an optional order bump and one-click upsell. Paid subscriptions grant access, lapsed ones remove it.
- Progress-based automations: Completion can trigger a testimonial request or an upsell. Inactivity can trigger a check-in text. Both come from the same workflow builder.
- Sales pages included: Build the landing page, checkout and thank-you page in the same workspace with the funnel builder, then preview them on desktop, tablet and mobile.
Availability: Courses with quizzes, certificates and member login start on the Online plan with one course. Pro includes three courses, Team includes ten and adds recurring subscription products, and Unlimited removes the course limit. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Help Desk
Give customers a branded portal to submit requests, give your team queues with priorities and SLA timers, and ask for a satisfaction score when each ticket is resolved. Tickets sit on the same contact record as invoices, calls and messages, so nobody answers blind.
- Branded ticket portal: Customers submit requests through a public portal with your branding. No sign-up, no password and nothing to forget.
- Secure status links: Each ticket gets its own private link, so the customer can check progress and read your replies at any time.
- Queues, priorities and SLAs: Route tickets into queues, set priorities, assign an owner and track an SLA due time on every request.
- CSAT on resolution: When a ticket is closed, the requester is asked for a satisfaction score and comment, stored on the ticket, the agent and the customer.
- Full customer context: See the customer's payments, appointments, calls and conversation history right beside the ticket you are working on.
- Shared inbox for conversations: SMS, email, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram messages are threaded per contact in one inbox, alongside your ticket queues.
- Live chat with AI handoff: Embed a branded chat widget, let AI handle routine questions and take over with the full visitor context whenever needed.
- Support-driven automations: Use workflows to create follow-up tasks, tag accounts, alert a manager or text the customer based on ticket activity.
Availability: The help desk is included on the Team plan and above. Team includes 10 seats and Unlimited includes unlimited seats, all working the same queues with no per-agent charge. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Win customers back
Wake up your database and bring past buyers back.
Database Reactivation
Somewhere in your CRM are quotes nobody chased, leads that went quiet and customers who haven't bought in a year. Segment them by rules, reach them on more than one channel, let automations sort the replies and see exactly which revenue the campaign brought back.
- Rule-based smart segments: Build audiences from purchase dates, quote values, lead source, pipeline stage, bookings and more. Segments stay current as contacts change.
- Broadcasts on any channel: Write once and reach a segment by text, email, voicemail drop, automated IVR call or AI voice call. Messages wait for each contact's local sending hours.
- Ringless voicemail drops: Record a message in the browser or use text-to-speech, and drop it into voicemail boxes without ringing the phone.
- Outbound AI calls: Let an AI agent call through a list with a campaign goal. Each call is logged with a transcript, summary and outcome on the contact.
- Instant autoresponders: Reply to inbound messages in seconds based on what they say, then hand the conversation to a workflow or a person.
- Pacing you can change mid-send: Every bulk send runs as a background job you can pause, slow down, reschedule or stop. Changes apply only to what hasn't gone out.
- Compliance checks built in: Do-not-call lists, suppressions and local quiet hours are applied before every call, drop and campaign message.
- Revenue attribution: Dashboards connect campaigns to pipeline and collected revenue, so you can judge a campaign on money, not opens.
Availability: SMS, email and broadcast campaigns start on the Pro plan. Ringless voicemail is included from the Team plan, and outbound AI calls and bulk AI campaigns are part of Unlimited. Messaging, calling and AI usage are billed directly by your connected Twilio, Mailgun and AI providers.
Platform, AI & developers
CRM, AI employees, API and MCP to run the whole business.
AI Employees
Give an AI coworker a name, a role and a short list of duties, then decide exactly which parts of your CRM it may view, work on or only propose changes to. Anything you flag waits in an approvals inbox until a person says yes.
- A guided hiring wizard: Five steps set the face and name, personality, duties, permissions and offer letter, so each AI employee starts with a clear remit instead of an open chat box.
- Permissions per area: For each domain choose none, view, do the work or propose. Propose lets the employee request to send, spend or delete while a person approves each request.
- An approvals inbox: Flagged actions queue up for review. Approve, edit or decline them in one place, and nothing you marked for review reaches a customer on its own.
- Standing duties on a schedule: Schedule duties as often as every five minutes. Each run acts under a named team member's authority and leaves an entry in the run log.
- A daily budget per employee: Set a daily token budget that is checked before each run, and duties that fail five times in a row pause themselves instead of retrying forever.
- One shared knowledge base: Load your services, prices, hours and policies once as documents, spreadsheets or website pages, and let every agent draw on the same facts.
- Revenue Operator in shadow mode: A read-only board ranks at-risk deals and suggests next moves from stored deal data. It proposes recovery steps but sends, books and changes nothing.
- Every action on the timeline: What an AI employee does appears on the contact's activity timeline next to calls, emails and payments, so auditing it works like auditing anyone else.
Availability: AI employees are part of the Unlimited plan, which includes unlimited AI agents. Start a 14-day free trial on the Unlimited plan to hire and test your first employee right away. AI model usage is billed by the provider whose key you connect.
Browser Agent
Describe a task on the page you have open, like pulling every listing into a table or filling a supplier form. The agent reads the page, lays out each step it intends to take and only acts once you approve. It works through your normal Chrome session and never asks for your passwords.
- Page inspection: The agent reads the active tab and identifies the fields, buttons, tables and data it can work with before proposing anything.
- Visible, bounded plans: Every run starts as a step-by-step plan you review. Anything that leaves your browser, like pressing Submit or Publish, is named as its own step. You can also sign off on a plan that ends with the form filled in and waiting for you.
- Structured data extraction: Ask for names, prices, links, table rows or listing details and get clean, structured results instead of copying and tidying by hand.
- Form filling and clicks: The agent fills fields, picks options, clicks controls, scrolls and waits for pages to load using a fixed set of allowlisted browser actions.
- Private on-device planning: On Chrome 138 or newer, planning runs on Chrome's built-in on-device model. Your task, page snapshot, form values and results stay inside the extension.
- Clear limits: No password capture, cookie export, CAPTCHA or paywall bypass, and no remotely supplied scripts. It only works on sites you are already allowed to use.
- Fresh approval across sites: If a plan needs to move to an unrelated website, the run pauses so the new page can be inspected and approved before anything happens there.
- An audit trail for every run: Each run leaves a stripped-down log in your workspace: which site it ran on, what kinds of actions it took and how risky they were, whether you approved them, how many results came back, and an error code if something failed.
Availability: Browser Agent is a paid add-on that our team activates in your workspace on request. Pricing depends on the app and the option you choose; ask our support team at support@saasvisionary.com for current prices. It needs an active SaaSVisionary workspace on any plan plus the free Chrome extension. On-device planning requires Chrome 138 or newer.
Custom CRM
Most CRMs assume every business runs on contacts and deals. If yours runs on vehicles, leases, policies or patients, create those as real record types with their own fields, link them to people, then report on them without a spreadsheet or a consultant.
- Custom objects with typed fields: Create a record type such as Vehicle or Property, add text, number, date, yes/no and dropdown fields, and choose which field labels each record in lists.
- Linked to the people you serve: Attach many records to one contact, so a single customer can own three vehicles or a household can hold several policies without duplicate fields.
- Same rules in the app and the API: Records are separated per workspace with row-level security, and forms validate against the exact rules the server applies, with errors written in plain language.
- A report builder you drive: Pick a dataset, then choose dimensions, metrics, filters and a time bucket. Save reports for yourself or share them with the whole workspace, and export any result to CSV.
- Smart segments that stay current: Describe an audience as rules, such as customers with an open quote and no call in ten days, and the list updates itself as your data changes.
- Pipelines that trigger work: Run several pipelines with your own stages. Moving a deal can start an automation, and any automation or bulk action can move a deal for you.
- A dashboard arranged your way: Drag and resize widgets for pipeline, revenue, calls, tasks, live visitors and recent activity, with date and pipeline filters shared across the page.
- Open to your integrations: Custom records are exposed through the same REST API, MCP server and in-app Copilot as contacts, so scripts and AI agents can read and update them too.
Availability: Custom objects, unlimited custom fields and unlimited pipelines are part of the Unlimited plan. The custom report builder is available from the Team plan. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and a 14-day free trial.
MCP Server & API
Point Claude, a custom agent or your own scripts at SaaSVisionary and let them discover and run the same actions your team uses in the app. Scoped API keys limit what each agent can reach, and actions that send, spend or delete are held behind a confirmation.
- Built in, nothing to deploy: The MCP server is part of the platform. Add the endpoint and an API key to your MCP client and your agent is connected in minutes.
- Agents find their own tools: Agents can list the catalog, search it, read what an action needs and run it by a stable name, so you are not hand-writing a tool schema per endpoint.
- The whole product, not a slice: Hundreds of documented reads and actions cover contacts, deals, messaging, calendars, payments and more, because the app, API and MCP server share one registry.
- Scoped, revocable API keys: Bearer-authenticated keys carry only the scopes you grant. Give a reporting agent read access, give an intake bot write access to contacts, and revoke either instantly.
- Confirmation on risky actions: Actions that send messages, spend money or destroy data are classified for confirmation, so your agent handles routine work freely and pauses where it matters.
- Signed outbound webhooks: Subscribe HTTPS endpoints to platform events. Deliveries are HMAC-signed, retried with backoff and logged with status and error per delivery.
- Call any API from a workflow: Trigger workflows from a signed incoming URL or call an outside API mid-flow with your choice of method, auth type, headers, query and body.
- Bring your own Supabase: Connect your own Supabase account, create projects in any of 17 regions and point workspaces, funnels or apps at a database you own and pay for directly.
Availability: You get the MCP server and as many API keys as you need on Unlimited, the same tier that lets you bring your own Supabase. The REST API and outbound webhooks start on the Team plan with two API keys. Start a 14-day free trial on the Unlimited plan to try it.
Sell Snapshots
Capture a workspace that already works, with its funnels, workflows, templates, fields, pipelines and settings, as a versioned snapshot. Reinstall it in your own workspaces in minutes, share it for free, or list it on the marketplace as a template and get paid through your own Stripe account.
- Bundle a whole workspace: Bundle a whole build (funnels and templates, automations, pipelines and custom fields, widgets, settings and whatever they depend on) into one installable snapshot.
- Preview before install: See every item an install will create, update, replace or skip before anything is written to the target workspace.
- Undo an install: If an install needs to come back out, remove the changes it generated instead of cleaning up by hand.
- Install slots for local details: Phone numbers, domains and credentials are filled in per workspace during install, so none of your own details travel with the snapshot.
- Versions and pushed updates: Publish new versions and push approved updates to workspaces that already installed an earlier one.
- Marketplace listings: List a snapshot on the moderated public marketplace and let other businesses buy and install it themselves.
- Paid through your Stripe: Buyers pay on your connected Stripe account and the platform keeps no commission. Free share links work on every plan.
- Page and funnel templates too: Save a page, section, funnel or full workspace as a reusable template, or start from built-in templates for common use cases.
Availability: Snapshots are available from the Online plan with plan-based limits: 1 on Online, 3 on Pro, 25 on Team and unlimited on Unlimited. Listing and selling on the marketplace requires the Unlimited plan. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
WordPress Hosting
Launch locked-down WordPress servers on your own DigitalOcean account, point the client's domain at them with HTTPS set up for you, and see logins, backups and server health on the same client record where you already send invoices.
- One-click site provisioning: Pick a region and server size from DigitalOcean's live catalog, and the platform builds the server, installs WordPress and wires up the domain for you.
- Checks before launch: Plan availability and domain checks run first. Existing DNS records are listed for your confirmation rather than silently overwritten.
- Automatic HTTPS: Certificates are issued as part of provisioning, so every new site launches on HTTPS without a separate setup task.
- A step log with retries: Watch each provisioning step as it runs. If one fails, retry from that step instead of starting the whole site over.
- Credentials and backups in one place: Site status, login details, backups and server information live on the site record, visible to the team members you allow.
- Domains managed in-app: Search, buy, connect and verify domains without leaving the workspace, and use them for WordPress sites, funnels and branded links.
- WordPress content import: Bring existing posts into the built-in CMS and blog when you want to move content, then run an on-page SEO audit before publishing.
- Deliberate deletion only: Retiring a site requires a confirmed destruction flow, so no server disappears because of a stray click.
Availability: Managed WordPress hosting is included on the Unlimited plan. That covers the SaaSVisionary side; server costs are billed separately by DigitalOcean to your own account. Start a 14-day free trial on the Unlimited plan to try it.
Industry apps
Specialized tools for restaurants, studios and storefronts.
Martial Arts Schools
Set up your programs and belt ladders, let students check in at a front-desk tablet, and spot who has stopped showing up before they cancel. Every student is a contact in your CRM, so reminders, parent texts, membership billing and review requests all happen in one place.
- Belt ladders per program: Define ranks and stripes for each program, whether that is kids karate, adult BJJ or kickboxing, and keep full promotion history for every student.
- Promotion eligibility: The app flags students who are eligible based on classes attended since their last promotion and time at their current rank. The instructor still makes the call.
- Front-desk kiosk check-in: Turn any tablet into a front-desk check-in point by loading its signed kiosk link; nobody has to log in. If a tablet goes missing, a single switch revokes all kiosk links together.
- Class schedule and attendance: Publish a weekly schedule, record check-ins automatically and review an attendance log for each student and class.
- Spot students going quiet: Attendance reporting highlights students whose visits are dropping, so you can reach out while there is still time.
- Memberships on your Stripe: Sell recurring memberships through checkout. Access follows payment, and families update cards or cancel through the Stripe billing portal.
- Parents and students in one inbox: Texts, emails and social messages thread together per contact, next to attendance and payment history.
- Reviews after milestones: Send a trackable review request after a belt promotion or a first month of training, and see who actually left one.
Availability: The Martial Arts Gym app is a paid add-on that works on every plan; our team activates it in your workspace on request. Pricing depends on the app and the option you choose; ask our support team at support@saasvisionary.com for current prices. The Team plan covers the CRM, texting, scheduling, billing and reviews most schools use alongside it, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial.
Restaurants
Take orders at the counter, send tickets to the kitchen, seat tables, track stock and run a branded ordering and reservation site, all in an app that lives inside your SaaSVisionary CRM. Each guest becomes a contact, so a quiet night can be filled with one well-aimed text.
- Menus with modifiers: Organize categories and dishes, add modifier groups such as sides or doneness, and mark an item sold out in one tap when the kitchen runs out.
- Point of sale: Split checks evenly or by item, record cash, take cards on your own Stripe account and send receipts by email or text.
- Kitchen display: Route tickets to each station and let cooks bump a single item or a whole ticket when it is ready.
- Table tablets and floor view: Hand guests a per-table tablet screen and see which tables have open checks and which reservations come next.
- Inventory with recipes: Link dishes to recipes so stock goes down as plates are fired, and build a reorder list from what is running low.
- Branded ordering and reservations: Guests order and book on a site under your name or custom domain. The site reads the live menu, so sold-out items disappear there too.
- Campaigns to real guests: Segment people who have ordered before and send a text or email about tonight's special from your own number, with replies in one inbox.
- Review requests after the meal: Send a trackable review link with the receipt or shortly after, and see who opened, clicked and actually left a review.
Availability: The Restaurant app is a paid add-on that works on every plan; our team activates it in your workspace on request. Pricing depends on the app and the option you choose; ask our support team at support@saasvisionary.com for current prices. For the CRM, messaging, payments and reviews around it, the Team plan covers what most restaurants need. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial; card processing is billed by Stripe.
Digital Signage
Design a screen on a built-in canvas, group slides into playlists and schedule what shows at each hour of the day. Pair any TV, tablet or streaming stick with a short code, then update one screen or every location from your browser.
- Pair screens with a code: Open the player page on a TV, tablet or streaming device, enter the pairing code in the app and name the display. Google TV devices work especially well.
- Design on a live canvas: Place text, shapes, images and looping video, adjust colors, layers, cropping and background, or draw freehand for a whiteboard-style sign.
- Looping playlists: Mix image, video and text slides, set how long each one stays up and reorder them to keep the message moving.
- Dayparting by schedule: Assign playlists to days and times in the right timezone, so a breakfast menu becomes lunch and then happy hour on its own.
- Instant takeover: Override the schedule on the spot with an urgent notice, a picture, a clip or a playlist. Stop casting and the screen returns to its normal program.
- Fleet control: See which displays are online, target one, several or all of them, and publish from a single control room.
- Landscape or portrait: Rotate each display to suit horizontal menu boards, vertical directories or window screens already mounted on your wall.
- Draft privately, publish cleanly: Drafts save as you work and stay off the screen. Paired displays keep showing the last published version until you click publish.
Availability: Digital Signage is a paid add-on with its own subscription, and our team activates it in your account for you. Pricing depends on the app and the option you choose; ask our support team at support@saasvisionary.com for current prices. You can cancel anytime.
