The call is the start, not the product
Every tracked call creates or updates a contact. From there, a pipeline, reminders and a booking link take over, so the lead is worked instead of just counted.
Ringba is designed for performance marketers who buy, route and sell phone calls at scale. SaaSVisionary tracks and routes calls too, but it assumes you want to keep the caller, turning them into a contact with texts, appointments and invoices to follow.
The short answer
If your revenue comes from trading calls between publishers and buyers, Ringba is the specialist and SaaSVisionary is not a substitute. If you are a business or agency that tracks calls in order to win and serve customers, SaaSVisionary gives you tracking plus everything that happens after the phone is answered.

Why teams switch
Every tracked call creates or updates a contact. From there, a pipeline, reminders and a booking link take over, so the lead is worked instead of just counted.
Minutes, numbers and recordings are billed by your Twilio account directly. You are not paying a per-minute platform fee layered on top of carrier rates.
IVR menus, call queues and round-robin distribution send callers to whoever is available, and an AI agent can pick up when nobody is.
Tracking, CRM, dialer, texting and invoicing share the same contact record, so a tracked call turns straight into follow-up and billing.
Map your current campaigns and which numbers belong to each before touching anything. Buy fresh test numbers in Twilio to validate routing, recording and attribution. Rebuild call flows as IVR menus and queues, noting that buyer bidding logic will not carry over. When everything checks out, port numbers in small batches during low-traffic hours and keep your old reports exported for reconciliation.

For businesses and agencies that need call tracking, attribution, routing and dynamic number insertion, yes, and it adds a CRM and follow-up tools. For pay-per-call networks that buy and sell calls through bidding and payouts, Ringba is the specialist and SaaSVisionary does not try to replace it.
No. There is no marketplace for trading calls, so real-time bidding, ping-and-post and publisher payouts are not part of SaaSVisionary. It tracks, routes and records calls for your business, then manages the customer relationship that follows. Network operators should keep a dedicated pay-per-call platform for that work.
You can build IVR menus, send calls to queues, ring team members in order or round-robin, and fall back to voicemail or an AI phone agent. Routing rules can also consider business hours, so after-hours callers get a different path than daytime callers.
The software features come with your plan, with calling available from Pro. Numbers and minutes are billed by your own Twilio account at Twilio's published rates. There is no additional per-minute platform charge, which makes costs easier to predict at agency volumes.
