Start without an onboarding program
Connect your providers, import contacts and build your first workflow on your own schedule. Support is there when you need it, not as a required step.
Keap has spent years helping small business owners automate follow-up, and it pairs its software with implementation and coaching. SaaSVisionary covers a similar lifecycle, from lead to invoice, but is designed for owners who prefer to set things up themselves and want calling, AI reception and funnels in the same plan.
The short answer
Keap is a good fit when you want a proven automation playbook and hands-on onboarding from the vendor. SaaSVisionary fits operators who want to move at their own pace, need a full phone stack or AI phone agents, or want funnels in the same plan.

Why teams switch
Connect your providers, import contacts and build your first workflow on your own schedule. Support is there when you need it, not as a required step.
Get IVR menus, call tracking numbers, a power dialer and AI agents that answer and book, all logged on the contact.
Build landing pages, websites and booking pages without adding a separate page builder to your stack.
The REST API on Team and the built-in MCP server on Unlimited let scripts and AI assistants work with your contacts, deals and workflows using scoped permissions.
Long-running Keap accounts carry a lot of history, so map before you move. List your tags, custom fields, active campaigns and any recurring invoices. Export contacts and import a small test batch, checking that tags and opt-out status arrive correctly. Rebuild one campaign that brings in revenue, test it with internal contacts, and only then move the rest. Recurring payments need special care: set up subscriptions in your Stripe account and confirm each customer's billing before turning off the old system.

Yes. Both handle CRM, email and SMS automation, appointments, quotes, invoices and payments for small businesses. Keap leans on guided implementation and a long track record. SaaSVisionary is self-serve and adds a full phone system, AI phone agents, funnels and an MCP server. Keap is now part of Thryv, which also offers its own business software.
Not automatically. Contacts, tags and custom fields export to CSV and import cleanly, but automation logic must be rebuilt in SaaSVisionary's workflow builder. Rebuild the campaigns that drive revenue first, test with internal contacts, and retire the rest. Recurring billing should be recreated and verified in your Stripe account before cutover.
SaaSVisionary is designed for self-serve setup, with documentation and an email support team at support@saasvisionary.com. There is no mandatory implementation fee or package. If you want hands-on help, an independent consultant or agency familiar with the platform can handle setup for you.
SaaSVisionary, if calls are central. You get IVR menus, call recording, transcription on Team and above, and AI phone agents that answer, capture details and book appointments. Calls run on your own Twilio account and appear on the contact timeline next to texts and emails.
